Customers can request a refund for their monthly membership within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will only be for the current month, and no refunds will be given for any prior months.
Yearly Memberships
Customers can request a refund for their yearly membership within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request.
Refunds will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the membership.
